No person shall commit or cause fraud.
(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), except for the offense which is deemed to be felony, any thing done knowingly or with the intention of erasing, limiting, erasing, causing any kind of harm, damage or with the intention of causing damage or benefit to anyone, is false or false.
